Katie is 26 years old and currently studying for a PhD in Physics/Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Sheffield. Katie was born with Sporadic aniridia and also has nystagmus, cataracts, glaucoma and aniridic keratopathy.
As Chairperson Katie is responsible for the overall running of ANUK. She is also the website editor.
Craig has sporadic aniridia and lives in Wales.
As Treasurer Craig is responsible for keeping the accounts, raising money and ensuring our money is spent wisely.
Jenny is 26 and lives in Devon, but spends term time at university in Worcester. Jenny was born with Sporadic aniridia and has glaucoma, cataracts and corneal scarring. As a baby she developed Wilm’s tumour, but this was successfully treated.
As secretary Jenny is responsible for minuting meetings, maintaining the membership list, sending out letters etc.
She is also WAGR representative acting as a point of contact for anyone wanting to know more about WAGR.
Mark's son Harry, 11, has aniridia.
As parent representative Mark highlights the needs and concerns of parents and help parents of children with aniridia as required.
Hannah lives in Colchester with her partner Marcus and daughter Becky. She works for Skill, the National Bureau for Students with Disabilities in London. Hannah was born with Sporadic Aniridia and has Aniridic Keratopathy.
As Information Officer Hannah researches information and issues surrounding aniridia and keeps members informed.
